Edwards Locksmiths have had a couple of websites but when the last design had become outdated that presented a good opportunity to have a full refresh. Many people suggest they only need a page. Unless you are a very niche product it is almost certain that will not work.
Ideally you need a page per topic.

If the site is aimed at the general public there is a good chance that will become 75% on a mobile phone. Therefore you need a site which works on all devices.
